Availability
Set your working hours and how far ahead clients can book.
Availability is where you set the days and hours you accept appointments.
Hours per day
For each day of the week you can:
- Mark it as Closed if you don't work that day.
- Add one or more time ranges (e.g. 9:00–13:00 and 16:00–19:00), so you can reflect split shifts.
- Remove a range with its button if you no longer need it.
The system automatically checks that ranges on the same day don't overlap, and that the end time is always after the start time.
Booking window
You also choose how far ahead clients can book: 1, 2, or 3 months out. This controls how many weeks into the future available slots show up on your public page.
Saving changes
Schedule changes are all saved together when you click Save changes — you don't need to save day by day.
How it affects your bookings
The hours you set here determine which slots show up as available in the date-and-time step of your booking page. If you change your hours, available slots update automatically for future bookings (already confirmed appointments aren't affected).
