Bonos
Sell and manage prepaid session packages.
Bonos lets you sell prepaid session packages to your clients and keep track of how many sessions they have left.
Bono types
Under the Bono types tab you define the templates you'll later sell:
- Name — e.g. "10-session bono".
- Sessions — how many sessions it includes.
- Price (€) — the package's total price.
Click New bono type to create one. From the list you can Edit any type, or Deactivate one you no longer want to sell (without deleting bonos already sold with it) — an inactive type is marked "Inactive" and you can Activate it again anytime.
Selling a bono
Under the Sold bonos tab, click Sell bono:
- Search for the Client by name, email, or phone.
- Choose the Bono type from your active types (if you have none active, create one first under Bono types).
- Click Confirm sale.
Tracking sold bonos
Each sold bono shows how many sessions have been used (e.g. "3/10 used") and the date it was sold. There's a badge when they're down to their last session, and an Exhausted badge once all sessions have been used.
- Filter by client name with the search box.
- Sort by Most recent or Fewest sessions left — useful for spotting bonos that are about to run out.
- Click View history on a bono to see which sessions were used and when.
Paying for an appointment with a bono
When you mark a past appointment as paid (from Calendar), you can choose one of the client's active bonos as the payment method instead of cash or card — this automatically consumes one session from the bono. If you make a mistake, you can reverse a used session from the bono's history (Switch to cash or Switch to card), which returns the session to the bono and changes that appointment's payment method.
Once a payment is applied to a bono, that appointment's payment method is locked in Calendar — to change it, do it from here, in Bonos.
