Your booking page
What your public page looks like and how to share it with clients.
Your booking page is the public link you share with clients so they can book online, without needing to call or message you.
Your link
It looks like kalendar.kaminolabs.dev/bookings/your-link, where your-link is the one you chose when setting up your business (see the Your business guide). You can share it via WhatsApp, social media, your website, or wherever works best.
What clients see when booking
Booking happens in a few simple steps:
- Choose a service — from the list you set up in Services.
- Choose a provider — only if you work as a team; if you work solo, this step doesn't appear.
- Choose a date and time — a weekly calendar shows available slots based on your configured availability.
- Identify themselves — the client chooses between signing in with Google, signing in with an existing account, creating a new account, or continuing as a guest.
- Their details (only if booking as a guest) — name, email, and optional phone number.
- Confirmation — a final message that differs depending on the case: with an account, they see their booking is confirmed; as a guest, they see their request will be reviewed within 24 hours.
Page language
Your booking page shows in Spanish by default, with a switcher so clients can change it to English if they prefer.
Duplicate bookings
The system automatically prevents two people from booking the same slot at once: if someone else confirms that slot while your client is filling out the form, they're notified to pick another time.
