Team
Set up whether you work solo or with a team of several people.
Team is where you tell us how you work: solo, or with other people.
Solo mode
If you work solo, you're the only person handling appointments. In this mode you don't need to add anyone else — your account already shows up as the only available provider. On your booking page, clients won't see a step to choose a provider — they go straight from choosing a service to choosing a date and time.
Team mode
If you turn on team mode, you can add the people who handle appointments alongside you. For each member you can set:
- Name
- Role (optional) — e.g. "Physiotherapist".
You, as the owner, always appear in the list and your profile can't be deleted. You can:
- Add member to bring in someone new.
- Edit any member's name or role.
- Delete a member who's no longer part of the team.
- Reorder the list by dragging members.
Note: to switch back to solo mode you first need to remove all other team members; the system won't let you switch modes while other people are still added.
How clients see it
If you work as a team, your booking page adds a step where the client chooses who they want their appointment with, or "Anyone" to be matched with the first available slot across the whole team.
