Calendar

View and manage your clients' bookings.

Calendar is where you see every booking coming in from your public page, grouped by day (Today, Tomorrow, and following dates).

The two tabs

  • Upcoming — all your confirmed appointments that are coming up.
  • Pending — bookings made by clients who don't have an account yet (guest bookings) and are waiting for your confirmation. You'll see a counter with the number of pending bookings.

Confirmed vs. pending bookings

When a client books while signed in with a client account, the appointment is confirmed instantly. When they book as a guest without creating an account, the appointment stays pending confirmation for 24 hours: you review it and decide whether to confirm it.

Pending bookings show how much time is left before they expire. If they aren't confirmed in time, they expire automatically.

Available actions

  • Confirm a pending booking to accept it for good.
  • Cancel any booking, confirmed or pending. Cancelling automatically notifies the client by email.

Automatic notifications

Every time a new booking comes in, you get an email alert. Your clients also get an email confirming their appointments, and an email if you cancel one.
