How to contact us if you need help.

If you run into a problem or a question this guide doesn't answer, you can write to us directly from your dashboard.

Sending a request

Go to Support in your dashboard sidebar and fill out the form:

  • Category — choose from technical issue, billing or payments, feature suggestion, your account, or other.
  • Subject — a short summary of your question.
  • Description — tell us in detail what happened or what you need.
  • Screenshots (optional) — you can attach up to 5 images, up to 5 MB each, which is useful for showing us exactly what you're seeing.

Once submitted, you'll see an on-screen confirmation. Our team will review your request and get back to you.

Changing your booking page link

Since your page link is permanent and can't be edited from the dashboard (see Your business), changing it is exactly the kind of thing to reach out to support about.
